Great service - kept simple

You have lots to organise, so we'll keep this straightforward.

At The Lilly Mills Drinkery, service, flexibility and transparency are key, that's why we have a booking fee, with no hidden costs, fabulous customer service and drinks that won't break the bank..

Nobody wants the most memorable part of a mobile party bar to be the price of the drinks!

bar options
Our Bar is open sign that we use at our events. When the sign is up, people can come along and buy a drink, often guests are keen to get a drink but we may be still setting up, this helps guests know when The Lilly Mills Drinkery Mobile Horsebox Bar is open.

Bar Options

  • A 'general bar' - guests would pay for their own drinks.

  • A 'host bar' - you, the event host would pay for guest drinks for the entire event

  • A 'part-hosted bar' - you pay for drinks for part of the event (e.g a welcome drink, a pre-designated amount given to the bar, we can also create "drink tokens")

  • An 'All Inclusive Drinkery' for events with smaller guest numbers

Cost

  • £200 direct booking fee for a minimum of 4 hours *

  • £350 direct booking fee 5 - 8 hours *

  • No fee for charities & community events (donation/pitch fee/% as applicable)

  • Minimum spend may apply (contact us for further information)

  • Congestion/Ultra Low Emission Zone charges will apply where applicable

  • We'll travel 40 miles from TW18 1RS

        (£1 per mile applies thereafter)
