The Purveyor of Merriment 

 

Lilly Mills Drinkery is named in honour of the original Lilly Mills, Suze’s grandmother. A spirited entrepreneur with a love of celebration, she had a natural gift for bringing people together. Though she’s no longer with us, her name lives on in every event we serve.

Today, we’re a family-run horsebox bar built on that same love of people, parties and doing things properly. We blend professional service with genuine warmth and a sharp eye for detail, creating a bar experience that feels polished, welcoming and a little bit special.

With years of event experience and a real passion for hosting, we know how important it is to get the atmosphere just right. Whether you’re planning a corporate launch, team celebration or client event, Lilly Mills Drinkery brings personality, quality and a touch of theatre to every pour.
